Ayurveda Body Therapies
With roots from India and translating to "the Science of Life", Ayurveda is a 5000+ year old natural healing system that optimizes the body's own healing power to restore balance and health. Ayurveda understands that each person has a unique make up and circumstance that requires an individualized approach.
Ayurveda approaches the body as a system of channels and tissues. When certain areas are affected, certain symptoms arise. When an imbalance has resided within these channels and tissues for an extended period of time, disease is formed. When disease is present long enough to clearly define its symptoms and effects, it acquires a name. These named diseases are where Western medicine comes into play.
Although results may be seen immediately, it will depend on the imbalance and commitment of the individual. It is recommended to commit 6-12 months to the practice of Ayurveda in order to instill certain techniques and truly reverse imbalances that are seated in our daily lives.
Breathwork
Somatic Breathwork is a modality that specializes in helping us release trauma that is stuck in our Soma (our physical body). We welcome expression in this space: laughter, tears, pain, joy or body movement. Done in a safe space for healing, where the intention is to leave the session feeling emotionally lighter which then turns into feeling lighter physically as well.
These are profoundly impacting sessions where you are being witnessed and supported non-judgmentally. Through our breath, we learn to clear out the blockages and become lighter versions of ourselves.
This process allows us to live in an embodied and peaceful way.
9D Breathwork
9D Breathwork transcends conventional healing and wellness practices. It is a revolutionary, multi-sensory experience that catapults you into new dimensions of emotional healing, subconscious reprogramming and mental well-being.
9D Breathwork opens a pathway directly into the subconscious mind, the driver of 98% of all human behavior, skillfully transmuting internal blocks into sources of immense personal power, at the same time working with the body’s innate intelligence to release trapped energy from the nervous system.
Through a combination of breath, sound and guided visualization and meditation, this method slows brainwave frequencies to allow for an inward journey where the subconscious becomes more receptive to healing and change.
